- Weekends/Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays (observed in Cambodia) will begin processing the next business day.
- Proactive Alerts: If delays occur, we’ll notify you via email with updated timelines.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Standard Shipping:
- Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days (not a guarantee).
- Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier backlog.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select regions. Expedited timelines depend on carrier capacity and exclude customs delays.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed within 48 hours of shipment. Track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
3. International Orders
- Customs & Duties:
- You are responsible for ALL import fees, taxes, and duties. Contact your local customs office for estimates.
- EU Customers: VAT may be prepaid via IOSS. No additional VAT will be charged at delivery.
- Refused Packages: Refusing a package due to fees will result in a 50% restocking fee + return shipping costs.
- Regional Compliance: Delivery timelines comply with local laws (e.g., EU’s 14-day withdrawal right).
4. Shipping Liability
- Carrier Responsibility: Once handed to the shipping partner, IndraStyle.shop is not liable for delays, damage, or loss. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
- Address Errors: Double-check your shipping address. We’re not responsible for errors in customer-provided addresses.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
- Cyberattacks, port strikes, or supplier insolvency.
Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Eligibility
- Accepted: Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Refused International Orders: Subject to a 50% restocking fee (see Shipping Policy).
- Non-Returnable: Customized, digital, or final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable” at checkout).
2. Return Process

- Ship Back: Send the item to the provided address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
